My goal as a clinician is to support children, teens, and young adults in processing anxiety, low self-confidence, attachment challenges, and the challenges associated with neurodivergence. I use a neuroaffirming play therapy approach to help children process their experiences and explore and express their internal experiences, in ways that words alone may not.

I believe healing happens through connection—within ourselves and with others—and I draw from both traditional talk therapy and creative, body-based approaches such as art, somatic practices, and mindfulness. Whether we’re exploring emotions through image, story, or quiet reflection, I walk alongside my clients with warmth, curiosity, and care, honoring each person’s unique path toward resilience and repair.
