(she/her)
I specialize in attachment-based work and support clients in processing both early childhood wounds and more recent experiences, including sexual assault. I believe healing happens through connection—within ourselves and with others—and I draw from both traditional talk therapy and creative, body-based approaches such as art, somatic practices, and mindfulness. Whether we’re exploring emotions through image, story, or quiet reflection, I walk alongside my clients with warmth, curiosity, and care, honoring each person’s unique path toward resilience and repair.
