My goal as a clinician is to support healthy caregiver-child relationships by providing compassionate guidance to families navigating various life transitions. Whether your child is managing a new diagnosis, starting at a new school, moving into adolescence, or you yourself are transitioning into adulthood or parenthood, I am dedicated to helping your family thrive.

My goal as a clinician is to support children, teens, and young adults in processing trauma and challenging life experiences. I use play therapy to help children process their emotions in the ways most natural to them, and I use effective trauma modalities to support individuals and families of all ages to heal from various challenges.

My goal as a clinician is to support children and teens in growing in their emotional regulation skills through the use of mindfulness and creative expression. I support children in using their body, breath, and imagination to learn empowered solutions to navigating life's varied challenges.

(she/her)
I specialize in attachment-based work and support clients in processing both early childhood wounds and more recent experiences, including sexual assault. I believe healing happens through connection—within ourselves and with others—and I draw from both traditional talk therapy and creative, body-based approaches such as art, somatic practices, and mindfulness. Whether we’re exploring emotions through image, story, or quiet reflection, I walk alongside my clients with warmth, curiosity, and care, honoring each person’s unique path toward resilience and repair.
