Specialties: Trauma and attachment, art therapy, “parts work”

My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe, supportive space where older teens, adults, and young children can feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing. I specialize in attachment-based work and support clients in processing both early childhood wounds and more recent experiences, including sexual assault and relational trauma. I believe healing happens through connection—within ourselves, with others, and with the parts of us that have been hurt, hidden, or left behind. Whether we’re exploring emotions through image, movement, story, or quiet reflection, I walk alongside my clients with warmth, curiosity, and care, honoring each person’s unique path toward resilience and repair.

Attachment Repair
So much of our pain comes from disconnection, especially from the people we need most. My work is grounded in creating a space where you can feel truly safe and deeply seen. From that foundation, we can begin to explore the roots of your experiences, your patterns in relationships, and the longings or fears that you may have once felt too vulnerable to share. In that safety, the possibility for healing opens.

Expressive and Somatic Therapies
Sometimes words aren’t enough—and that’s okay. Trauma often lives in the body and in places beyond language. Through expressive arts and somatic practices, we can access the unspoken, symbolic, and sensory layers of your experience. Whether it's through drawing, movement, or mindful awareness, these approaches allow you to connect with yourself in new ways and begin to release what has been held inside for too long.

Parts Work
We all have different “parts” of ourselves—inner voices, roles, or feelings—that carry our stories. Some may be protective, others wounded, and many may not have had the chance to be heard. Through parts work, we gently make space for these inner voices, helping them feel acknowledged, understood, and supported. This can be a powerful way to untangle inner conflicts, tend to childhood wounds, and foster greater self-compassion.
