All of You Therapy team walking down street

At All of You Therapy, we believe that one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy.

Some people are coming to therapy looking for a safe place to process life stressors, past and present, and gain perspective.

Others may be looking to engage in self-reflection through non-verbal forms of therapy such as somatic therapy, dance/movement therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, and play therapy.

Others may be looking for support to regulate their nervous system through the Safe and Sound Protocol.

As such, we provide various forms of therapy to support individuals in connecting more deeply to themself and others.

Our Modalities:

  • The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is available to both children and adults and can be offered to both ongoing therapy clients and can also serve as an adjunct treatment if you have an existing therapy relationship or wish to engage with the Safe and Sound Protocol without ongoing therapy. This is a listening program that requires downloading specific music over a password protected app and requires the use of over-the-ear headphones. We will help you determine the appropriate pacing of the protocol to your specific needs.

  • Art Therapy is different than merely using art as a part of therapy (which can also be powerful and helpful!). Rather, Art Therapists receive specialized training in how to utilize the process and product of art making as a tool to assess and treat a variety of emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. When a person feels limited in identifying solutions to their challenges through merely talking, art provides an alternative means of expression and creativity and can tap into the parts of the brain that hold deeper truths and wisdom.
