I'm here if you're tired of feeling stuck, scared, lonely, or ashamed. You know there's more to life, and you're longing to feel it, but you don't know where to start. 

Many of my clients have tried traditional talk therapy before, but felt it didn't go deep enough or actually change anything. Others need the trustworthy, safe, and affirmative space they didn't have in childhood. My style is loving and experiential. I hold space for the emotional experimentation and learning that leads to long-term change. 

Somatic Psychotherapy, Trauma, and ADHD

Somatic psychotherapy reconnects clients to their bodies – and their embodied wisdom – at the speed of trust.

I specialize in treating clients recovering from attachment trauma, neglect, and/or emotionally immature parenting. Somatic therapy is effective for these issues because it gently works at the level of the nervous system to restore or create a missing sense of safety within ourselves and the world. 

I also support clients with ADHD. For those of us whose brains move faster than light, connection with the body can be the missing foundation for building confidence and competence with our unique attention styles.  

Somatic Psychotherapy and Social Justice 

Social justice is an important part of somatic work. Our bodies experience and hold unique strengths and stresses not only from our life events, but also as a result of intergenerational trauma and the ways we are perceived and reacted to as we walk around the world. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my job is to bring as much curiosity as expertise to accompanying you on your journey.

Fee: $175/50 minute individual session
$275/75 minute couples session
