Do you take insurance?: We do not accept any insurance as “in-network” providers. However, we are able to provide an itemized receipt (called a “superbill”) for Out of Network reimbursement. To check if you have Out of Network coverage with your insurance, call the member services number (often listed on the back of your insurance card) and ask the following questions:
What is my deductible for out-of-network mental health services (I.e. what is the amount I have to pay before insurance starts reimbursing me)?
What percentage do you reimburse for CPT code 90834 (45 minute psychotherapy)?
Do I require a pre-authorization for outpatient mental health services and if so, what documentation is needed?
