First, a little about our company and what we do:

At All of You Therapy, we are a private group practice located in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia. We focus on helping clients who are struggling with the impact of childhood developmental trauma find healing, growth, and renewed connection to themself and others. Our practice focuses on providing relational, trauma and attachment informed therapy (IFS,EMDR, AEDP, Theraplay, play therapy, Sensorimotor, Somatic Experiencing, etc.).

Work Schedule and Environment:

Services will be provided both in person and via telehealth. All employees are asked to be available for in-person sessions as long as it is safe to do so.

In service to our clients, our team is required to work 6-8 hours per day, four/five days per week, between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Other schedules may be considered when a modified schedule meets both our team member’s and clients’ needs.

Providing relational trauma and attachment-based therapeutic services to clients.

You are committed to looking under the surface of behaviors to the relational and physiological components that may be influencing challenging behaviors rather than just trying to extinguish behaviors. You do *not* utilize ABA and are not a behaviorist.

Meeting new people and sharing information about services available.

Leading individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Working with children (as young as three), teens, young adults, and parents.

Learning and growing; and have a strong internal commitment to continual professional and personal development. You are open to being challenged and reflecting on what your self-of-therapist brings to the therapeutic process.

Education, Training & Work Experience

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Doctorate Degree in Psychology

Current State of Pennsylvania license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC (preferred). Weekly supervision provided, at no cost, for pre-licensed providers. Bi-weekly consultation provided, as requested, for licensed providers.

Willing to obtain licensure in New Jersey (if not already obtained)

3+ Years of post-Master’s work in a directly related position (preferred)

Strongly preferred training/certification in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Therapy, play therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), or other trauma focused treatments, or a willingness and internal drive to obtain these trainings (A good fit for our team is someone who is continually motivated to continuing to learn and grow as a clinician, and doesn't experience earning CEUs as a chore)

Preferred post-graduate training in play therapy or child and family therapy (preferred)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Counsels clients, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life changes and challenges, and making changes to improve mental and emotional health.

In alignment with industry regulations and guidelines, maintains confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment.

Guides clients in the development of skills and strategies to deal with their problems.

Encourages clients to express their feelings and to discuss what is happening in their lives and helps them develop insight into themselves and their relationships.

Collects information about clients through interviews, observations, assessments, and tests.

Prepares and maintains thorough and accurate treatment records and reports.

Evaluates clients physical or mental condition based on review of client information.

Develops and implements treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.

Acts as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.

Maintains quality care through participation in peer review, policy development and quality improvement programs.

Provides in-service training on relevant topics for co-workers as requested.

Attends required trainings and meetings.

Participates in assigned and voluntary on-going professional development activities.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.

Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.

Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in stressful situations and during crises.

Flexibility and adaptability.

Genuine interest in helping others; clients and team members.

Excellent organizational skills.

High attention to detail.

High level of personal commitment and follow-through.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Google docs and Excel spreadsheets or similar software.
